Situated on Warrington Lane:- From Lymm/Altrincham roundabout on the A556/A56/M56 go towards Lymm. At the Broomedge traffic lights (Jolly Thresher) go right (North) About 3/4 mile down there is a right hand turn, Warrington Lane, Take it and the Barn Owl is on the Left. From the Lymm direction go along the A56 until you reach the above Traffic lights and at the Thresher go left.
